What does HMPL stand for?

First off, its pronounced H.M.P.L. No it has nothing to do with hemp, we've never made anything from hemp before. Also its not pronounced "Humple" or " Hemple". Honestly nobody has ever correctly guessed what it stands for and we like to keep it that way. The only hint I can give you is it has heavy ties to Judas Priest. If you figure it out shoot us an email and maybe we'll send you stickers or something?

 

Can I have my bag made in multiple colours?

Probably yes, but maybe no depending on what bag it is and how busy things are in the production studio. Shoot your shot and leave your requests in the notes section of the order, we'll let you know if it can't be done !

Is there a warranty on HMPL products?

Yes! Sort of! We offer what we call our limited lifetime warranty program. This basically means we stand behind all of our products. If they break because a material we've used fails, or we messed up and there is a defect, we will fix your bag no questions asked. If you crash your bike doing a sweet trick and tear your bag, we'll probably still fix it ( bonus if you have footage of said crash). We would MUCH rather you keep repairing your bags and prolonging their life than buy new ones. Repairing is caring. Basically if you have an issue just shoot us an email and we'll sort you out!

 

I live in Vancouver, can I just pick up my order?

Yes! Just select Local Pickup for your shipping option and we'll be in touch with details. 

 

How long will my order take?

It really depends on the time of year! MOST of our bags are made to order, though we do sometimes keep stock of certain models. During busy season (June/July/August) things can take 1-2 weeks to arrive at your doorstep. During slow season it's usually within 1 week! If the bag you want happens to be made and in stock then it will typically ship our within 1-2 days of order time!

If you need your bag for a specific date don't hesitate to reach out, we're very accommodating and can usually make sure you'll have your bag for whatever trip you've got planned!

 

Do you do wholesale for stores that want to carry HMPL?

We sure do! If your shop wants to carry our bags just shoot us an email. Local bike shops and outdoors shops are the lifeblood of our industry. We both come from shop backgrounds and would love to foster more win-win relationships with shops all over the world!

 

Do you ship to  _____________?

YES, or most liklely yes - we'll ship pretty much anywhere, best way to find out for sure is to input your shipping details when checking out your cart, you'll be prompted with some shipping options before payment.
